We are seeking a data-driven Analyst to help clients maximize the value of their loyalty programs through actionable insights and data-backed recommendations.

This role will work closely with our enterprise clients and cross-functional teams to deliver reporting, analytics, and strategic insights that drive customer engagement and business growth.

What you will OWN:

• BI & Dashboard Management: Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using SQL and BI tools to track business, product, and loyalty program KPIs while ensuring data quality and accuracy.
