- Actively monitor store and DC premises through regular patrols and security tools like CCTV
- Deter theft and policy violations through visible and professional security presence
- Ensure all security equipment (cameras, alarms) is functioning correctly and report malfunctions
- Respond promptly to security or safety incidents such as theft or accidents
- Prepare clear and accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
- Preserve evidence and assist SLP Manager in preliminary investigations
- Conduct routine checks to ensure staff compliance with security and safety policies
- Use basic data keeping and analysis skills to maintain records of security checks, audits, and incidents
- Assist in periodic inventory counts and operational audits to identify sources of shrinkage
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any related field
- 1 2 years of experience in on ground operations (retail, warehousing, logistics, or similar)
- High integrity and strong sense of honesty
- Basic data keeping and analysis skills
- Keen attention to detail and strong observational abilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods

Job Overview
- The Executives SLP (Security and Loss Prevention) at Ninja are responsible for day to day monitoring of stores and distribution centers to prevent loss, ensure safety, and report incidents.
Key Responsibilities
