About the Role
- Palma Real Estate is looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Qatar real estate market and be passionate about sales, client service, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online marketing
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients
- Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and legal requirements
- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and lease agreements
- Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients
- Coordinate inspections, documentation, and transaction processes
- Guide clients through closing and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately
- Maintain regular communication with clients and build long term relationships
- Stay updated with real estate market trends, regulations, and opportunities
Requirements
- Valid QID with NOC (Mandatory)
- Own car and valid driving license (Mandatory)
- Own laptop
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Real Estate Agent
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
