Laundry Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily laundry operations and ensure high-quality service standards.
The ideal candidate will lead the laundry team, monitor workflow, and maintain efficiency in all laundry processes.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily laundry operations and staff
Assign tasks and monitor team performance
Ensure proper washing, drying, ironing, and handling of garments and linens
Maintain quality control and cleanliness standards
Monitor inventory of detergents, supplies, and equipment
Train and guide laundry staff when needed
Ensure machines and equipment are properly maintained
Follow company policies, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements
Previous experience in laundry operations or supervision
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and quality standards
Job Type: Full-time
