About the Role
The Logistics Systems & Operations Coordinator supports Diageo Australia’s MOVE function.
The role maintains accurate logistics systems, transactions, reconciliations, and operational administration.
The position supports SAP, WMS, ASRS, EDI interfaces, reporting, inventory accuracy, customer service, and logistics execution.
Responsibilities
- Support SAP, WMS, and ASRS processes and keep transactions, system flows, and operational data accurate.
- Coordinate reconciliations across inventory, warehouse movements, shipments, returns, claims, and financial controls.
- Monitor EDI and system interfaces and coordinate resolution of rejected messages and order or shipment data issues.
- Troubleshoot user issues, support master data, raise defects, and assist with approved changes, testing, and process updates.
- Provide reporting, dashboard support, issue tracking, meeting coordination, and process documentation for MOVE leadership.
