Role responsibilities

• Support SAP, WMS, and ASRS logistics processes and maintain accurate operational data.
• Coordinate reconciliations across inventory, warehouse movements, shipments, returns, claims, and financial controls.
• Monitor EDI and system interface failures and coordinate resolution of order and shipment data issues.
• Troubleshoot user issues, support master data accuracy, raise defects, and assist with system changes and testing.
• Provide reporting, dashboard support, issue tracking, meeting coordination, and process documentation.
• Identify improvements to logistics administration, reporting, system processes, controls, and user support.

Experience and skills required

• Experience in logistics, warehouse or transport administration, supply chain support, inventory control, or systems coordination is required.
• Hands-on ERP, SAP, WMS, or similar logistics systems experience is required.
• The role requires strong data accuracy, reconciliation, Excel, reporting, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A valid LF forklift license or willingness to obtain one is listed.
