Logistics Support Specialist

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to join the Australia logistics function within Deployment Operations. This is not a traditional specialist role — you will build the systems, automation, and analytical infrastructure that enables a lean logistics team to operate at the scale and speed Anduril demands. Working alongside the Senior Logistics Manager and Senior Logistics Coordinator, you will own the logistics technology and data layer: designing dashboards and KPI frameworks, building Python-based automation to eliminate manual work, configuring and optimising ERP and TMS platforms, and developing the processes and tooling that make the entire function more effective. You will also provide operational coverage for the Senior Coordinator during leave, travel, or surge periods — stepping into day-to-day freight coordination and handling real-time requests as needed. This is a high-impact role for someone who thinks in systems and solves problems with data. You will have significant autonomy to design how logistics operates in Australia, with direct visibility into the function's strategic direction and a clear path to grow your impact over time.
