Requirements
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Knowledge of import/export processes and Incoterms
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Data analytics skills (Power BI desirable)

Key Responsibilities
- Orderbook Management: Responsible for maintaining and auditing the orderbook, ensuring alignment between production, shipping schedules, and delivery deadlines.
- Sales & CSR Partnership: Acting as the primary interface for Sales teams and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), providing accurate status updates and managing expectations for critical orders.
- Shipment Execution: Direct handling of import/export processes, including container bookings, freight forwarder coordination, and full mastery of Incoterms and Bill of Lading (BL).
- Critical Follow up: Specialized in monitoring 'hot' or high priority orders, troubleshooting bottlenecks to prevent delays in the supply chain.
- Financial Integration: Active participation in month end closing activities, ensuring all shipments are correctly processed for timely revenue recognition.
Desired Experience & Tools (Plus)
- ERP/TMS: Desirable experience with SAP and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
- Data Analytics: Ability to develop logistics and commercial dashboards using Power BI to track KPIs and support decision making.
