Logistics & Sales Coordinator – Evening Shift | Chinese/European Language Speaker

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and delivery activities.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Support sales with inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
• Track shipments, deliveries, and order status.
• Prepare and maintain sales and logistics documentation.
• Follow up on pending shipments.
• Resolve basic customer and shipment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems.
• Coordinate with departments to support smooth daily operations.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of MS Office or Excel and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work the 3:00 PM-11:30 PM evening shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Chinese language skills, particularly Mandarin, are a strong advantage.
• Experience in logistics, trading, import/export, or sales coordination is preferred.
• Experience with Chinese-speaking customers or suppliers is an added advantage.

Compensation
