Logistics and Sales Coordinator (Evening Shift)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and delivery activities.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Support inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups for the sales team.
• Track shipments, deliveries, and order status.
• Prepare and maintain sales and logistics documentation.
• Follow up on pending shipments and resolve basic customer or shipment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role is required.
• Good communication and organizational skills are required.
• The candidate must be able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of MS Office or Excel and basic computer skills is required.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills are required.
