The Project Coordinator works from the Hamilton office and supports projects from planning through successful delivery.
The role works alongside the Operations team and communicates with Traffic Tech personnel and other stakeholders.

What the Job Entails
- Interface directly with customers to coordinate project timelines, installation schedules, and service expectations.
- Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle high volumes of emails and after-hours phone support.
- Maintain client updates through Teams chats and professional correspondence.
- Use Excel to track project milestones, task assignments, and reporting.
- Create and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Prepare required shipping documentation.
- Communicate professionally with clients and carriers.
