Opportunity Overview

The role is a part-time opportunity in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The position is an entry-level assistant or specialist role in logistics planning and supply chain operations.

The role supports transportation planning, shipment scheduling, inventory coordination, and supply chain activities.

What You Will Do

  • Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly logistics planning.
  • Coordinate transportation schedules, delivery plans, shipment movements, and distribution activities.
  • Support route planning and delivery optimization.
  • Monitor logistics KPIs, costs, lead times, and service levels.
  • Track shipments and identify potential delays.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, carriers, and logistics partners.
  • Prepare schedules, trackers, and operational reports.
  • Analyze shipment data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Update ERP, WMS, TMS, and logistics systems.
  • Support inventory and supply planning and escalate risks, delays, and capacity issues.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong organizational and planning skills are required.
  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail is required.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities are required.
  • Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills are required.
  • Understanding of logistics or supply chain operations is advantageous.
  • ERP, WMS, or TMS knowledge is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of forecasting, route planning, or inventory planning is advantageous.
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, transportation, or a related field is preferred.
