End-to-End Transaction Execution
Own logistics execution after purchase orders are exchanged
Coordinate shipment scheduling, carrier booking, and delivery confirmation
Ensure all shipment details align with contractual terms (FOB, CIF, etc.)
Track shipments from dispatch to completion and proactively manage delays
Ensure clean handoff to Accounting and Credit upon proof of delivery
Freight & Carrier Management
Manage relationships with 3PL providers and freight partners
Negotiate competitive freight rates and ensure pricing transparency
Monitor carrier performance and service reliability
Resolve freight disputes, damage claims, and service interruptions
Improve freight cost efficiency without compromising reliability
Operational Systems & Visibility
Maintain accurate shipment tracking within Matium’s platform
Standardize documentation processes (BOLs, delivery confirmations, invoices)
Collaborate with Engineering to improve freight booking automation
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner closely with Verified Agents to ensure transaction timelines are met
Coordinate with Credit & Compliance to ensure insured shipment requirements are met
Work with Accounting to reconcile freight costs and ensure timely settlement
