Purpose of the Role
The Logistics Manager leads global Aftersales inbound and outbound shipments to meet the needs of Bentley's retailer network and customers.
The role is a subject matter expert responsible for continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
The role reports to the Head of Logistics - Aftersales and leads the Aftersales Logistics team.
Contract and Location
- This is a full-time permanent role based at the Pyms Lane warehouse facility in Crewe.
- The position is explicitly onsite.
Core Responsibilities
- Own global Aftersales logistics operations and ensure right-first-time delivery.
- Manage third-party providers, including selection, performance management and issue resolution.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, spend tracking and corrective actions.
- Develop end-to-end logistics solutions across importers, retailers, customers and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with global logistics regulations and drive process optimisation and governance.
