About you – Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable experience managing diverse, global logistics networks across factory, Aftersales and importer level
- Warehousing and logistics experience including inbound operations, OEM/importer flows, and end-to-end supply chain management
- Budget ownership and responsibility with financial and cost control capability
- Experience managing competing priorities and time-critical situations while maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Data analysis skills to support data driven decisions to enhance operational excellence
- Development and management of diverse logistics solutions, including direct-to-dealer, direct-to-customer, OEM-to-importer, and supplier-to-OEM models.
- Practical knowledge of global multimodal transport (road, sea, air), security compliance (Aviation security, C-TPAT), Dangerous goods regulations, and TS16949 or equivalent standards
