Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Logistics Manager based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility to work from home on certain days.
The Logistics Manager will oversee daily supply chain activities, including management of inventory, procurement, and logistics operations.
Responsibilities also include developing strategies to optimize costs, coordinating with vendors, ensuring on-time deliveries, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless operations across all logistics processes.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management
- Experience in Inventory Management and Procurement processes
- Strong Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of ERP systems and logistics software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
- Previous experience in a hybrid work environment or within the Abu Dhabi region is a plus
