This is a part-time hybrid role for a Construction Manager based in Dubai, with flexibility for remote work.
The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and safety standards.
Responsibilities include supervising on-site teams, monitoring progress, managing resources, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong Construction and Construction Safety knowledge
- Proven Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Control to manage financial and operational aspects of construction projects
- Attention to detail and ability to adhere to safety and quality standards
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience working on construction projects in Dubai or the surrounding region
