Role Overview
Coordinate and optimize logistics operations, transportation, inventory movement, and delivery processes.
Work with suppliers, warehouses, transportation providers, procurement teams, and internal departments.
Support efficient, cost-effective, and timely movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate transportation, shipment planning, delivery scheduling, and order fulfillment.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments for timely and accurate deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, and logistics partners.
- Prepare shipping documents, delivery records, invoices, and logistics documentation.
- Monitor transportation costs and identify efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities.
- Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor inventory movements between suppliers, warehouses, distribution centers, and customers.
- Track logistics KPIs including delivery accuracy, on-time delivery, transportation costs, and order fulfillment.
- Investigate delays, damaged goods, missing items, and delivery discrepancies.
