The Position

The Logistics Intern will join Roche's team focused on optimizing supply chain network solutions and pharmaceutical distribution.

The role provides hands-on experience using data and technology to address supply chain challenges affecting patient outcomes.

The Opportunity

  • Engage in supply chain optimization and customer logistics management to improve business productivity.
  • Collaborate across functions to help ensure critical treatments reach patients efficiently.
  • Optimize distribution processes and achieve project milestones with guidance from experienced mentors.
  • Use data, enterprise tools, and emerging technologies to solve logistics challenges and fulfill customer needs.
  • Gain an end-to-end perspective of the pharmaceutical supply network.

Who You Are

  • You are pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and work effectively in diverse teams.
  • You bring problem-solving, adaptability, and time-management skills for managing competing priorities.
  • You demonstrate analytical thinking and data proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • You are self-motivated and interested in making a difference in healthcare.

Work Arrangement

  • The position is hybrid and based in Mississauga, Ontario, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
  • The role is full-time at 35 hours per week.
  • The internship term is four or eight months beginning in January 2027.

Compensation

  • The expected hiring range for the Mississauga location is 57,416.00 to 75,358.50.
  • Actual pay depends on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
