Position Overview

Data Analysis and Problem Solving

• Extract, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data using SQL and Python.
• Apply structured analytical frameworks to develop actionable insights.
• Perform data validation and quality checks across reporting outputs.

AI Integration and Innovation

• Apply Generative AI tools and techniques to streamline analytical workflows and improve productivity.
• Use prompt engineering, LLM-driven analysis, and automated documentation where appropriate.

Visualization and Storyboarding

• Translate analytical outputs into dashboard wireframes, visual reports, and data-driven narratives.
• Design presentations and storyboards that communicate insights to non-technical business partners.

Domain Learning and Collaboration

• Build subject-matter expertise in pharmaceutical and healthcare datasets, commercial analytics, and clinical metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, domain specialists, and senior leadership.
• Communicate findings through clear presentations and concise written documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Zero to two years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related quantitative role.
• Strong foundational skills in SQL and Python.
• Working knowledge or practical understanding of Generative AI capabilities.
• Strong quantitative data interpretation and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability or aptitude for data visualization and storyboarding.
• Enthusiasm for learning the global pharmaceutical and healthcare market.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant quantitative discipline.
