Role Summary
Manage end-to-end logistics operations including shipment planning, import/export documentation, warehouse coordination, transportation tracking, and delivery execution across local and international markets.
Operations & Freight
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and clearing agents
- Track shipments, manage delivery schedules, and calculate landing costs
Import And Export Documentation
- Prepare and verify Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading, COO, Delivery Orders, and Customs documents
- Ensure UAE customs compliance and coordinate with CHA for clearance
Warehouse & Inventory
- Coordinate with warehouse for receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Monitor batch-wise inventory, expiry tracking, and support stock audits
Erp & Reporting
- Update shipment and inventory transactions in ERP (ASN, MIT, MRN)
- Generate logistics and dispatch reports for management
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain / Logistics
- 5+ years in logistics, import/export, or warehouse operations in UAE
- ERP experience — Focus Softnet, SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Strong documentation, coordination, and MS Excel skills
