Zahr Freighters is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our operations team in **Dubai**.
This role is ideal for a professional who can efficiently manage shipment processes, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of goods within a fast-paced freight and logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments from origin to destination.
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and documentation requirements.
- Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and logistics-related issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for loading, unloading, and storage activities.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics operations and transactions.
- Prepare logistics reports and performance summaries for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
- Familiarity with UAE customs regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
