Responsibilities
- Coordinate import and export shipments from order confirmation to final delivery
- Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and customs documents
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport providers
- Monitor shipment schedules and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of orders
- Handle customs clearance requirements and ensure compliance with trade regulations
- Maintain accurate logistics records and shipment documentation
- Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and logistics related issues
- Assist in freight negotiations and cost optimization initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and international trade documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo experience is an advantage)

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and international trade documentation.
- Experience handling shipments to Africa, the Middle East, or international markets is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo experience is an advantage).
