Responsibilities
- Coordinate import and export shipments and follow up on delivery schedules
- Prepare and manage shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and customers
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal teams and customers
- Support order processing and coordinate with sales and operations teams
- Maintain logistics records, shipment files, and customer documentation
- Handle general administrative duties including filing, correspondence, and record management
- Assist in resolving shipment related issues and customer inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 1 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, administration, or a similar role
- Experience handling import and export shipments to African countries is preferred
- Familiarity with international shipping documents and trade procedures
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of African markets and import requirements preferred
- French language skills would be an advantage

Job Summary
- We are looking for an organized and detail oriented Admin & Logistics Executive to support our day to day logistics and administrative operations.
- The ideal candidate should have experience handling import and export documentation, shipment coordination, and customer communication, particularly involving African markets.
Key Responsibilities
