Role Overview
Coordinate import and export shipments across sea, air, and road transportation as applicable.
Import and Export Coordination
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, transporters, and overseas suppliers.
- Monitor shipment ETD, ETA, customs clearance, and delivery status.
- Follow up on customs clearance and ensure timely release of shipments.
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments for shipment readiness and documentation.
- Maintain proper records of import and export transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
Role Requirements
- Ability to coordinate import and export shipments through applicable transportation modes.
- Ability to prepare, verify, and maintain shipping and customs documentation.
Required Documentation
- Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, certificate of origin, delivery order, customs documentation, and other applicable regulatory documents.
Pay
- AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
