Sterling Perfumes is hiring an Assistant Manager or Manager – Credit Control.
The role manages credit control, receivables, collections, and credit risk across local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage credit control and accounts receivable for local and international customers.
- Monitor ageing, outstanding balances, credit limits, payment trends, and collections.
- Develop collection strategies and drive timely recovery.
- Review credit limits, payment terms, and customer credit exposure.
- Assess credit risks for international customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Manage overdue, disputed, and high-risk accounts with Sales, Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Handle reconciliations, payment disputes, and collection follow-ups.
- Prepare receivables, ageing, collection, and credit-risk reports for management.
- Lead and guide the Credit Control team.
- Improve collection efficiency, cash flow, credit processes, and risk management.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 8–10 years of experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, trading, or export businesses is preferred.
- Strong experience with international customers, credit risk, collections, ageing, reconciliation, and multiple currencies.
- Good knowledge of UAE and international commercial practices.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- SAP or ERP experience is required.
- Team management experience is advantageous.
Pay
- AED 12,000–15,000 per month.
