  • G4S Facilities Management is hiring a full-time, permanent Logistics Driver in the Gloucestershire Area.
  • The role requires excellent UK geographical knowledge, familiarity with transport regulations, and an HGV Class 2 license. The successful candidate will ensure efficient collection, transportation, and delivery of items, prioritising safety, security, and accountability.
  • Occasional overnight stays may be necessary, with accommodation provided by the company.
  • The position offers an excellent benefits package, including a 2.5% Golden Hello payment upon starting and a £2,000 annual retention bonus (pro-rata for part-time employees), subject to achieving and maintaining clearance requirements.
  • Responsibilities
  • Safely operate fleet vehicles and equipment, completing daily checks.
  • Perform manual handling tasks as needed.
  • Ensure the Transport team works safely and efficiently.
  • Promptly report health, safety, and compliance issues using correct procedures.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to foster positive client relationships.
  • Work effectively within a small team and assist other teams as needed.
