Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee import/export operations, shipping documentation, and coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth logistics processes while maintaining compliance with local and international regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing shipments (import & export)
- Prepare and review shipping documents including Certificate of Origin (COO), Packing List, and Commercial Invoice
- Communicate directly with suppliers and freight forwarding companies
- Track shipments and assist in customs clearance processes
- Plan and optimize warehouse space allocation
- Share shipping documents with forwarders and schedule deliveries as per timelines
- Liaise with international third party logistics providers
- Monitor shipment progress and follow up for timely delivery
- Provide freight and delivery cost estimates to the sales team
- Assist customers with logistics related inquiries
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations
- Resolve shipment issues efficiently and promptly
- Prepare company invoices and delivery notes
- Support general administrative tasks as required

Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role
- Good communication and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jebel Ali Freezone: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
License And Certification
