About the Role
Uber Freight is seeking experienced customer service professionals with transportation, supply chain, or logistics backgrounds.
The role leads transportation functions to support accurate, timely, efficient, and cost-effective product delivery.
The position is based at the Oakville, Ontario office and follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What the Candidate Will Do
- Use the transportation management system to facilitate the full order lifecycle.
- Manage pickup and delivery expectations, carrier relationships, freight coverage, carrier selection, routing, and rate negotiation.
- Route and consolidate orders using cost and transit considerations across transportation modes.
- Monitor shipment data, prevent service failures, and recommend cost or service improvements.
- Resolve carrier invoice discrepancies and train customer and vendor users on the transportation management system.
