We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator based in Riyadh who can manage the full logistics cycle with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.
Role Overview
The Logistics Coordinator will oversee and execute all logistics, shipping, and supply chain activities for BRITEC in Saudi Arabia.
This includes supplier follow‑up, shipping arrangements, customs clearance, documentation control, and coordination with internal teams.
This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations, timely deliveries, and compliance with Saudi regulations.
1. Procurement & Supplier Coordination
- Follow up with local and international suppliers on purchase orders, delivery timelines, and shipment readiness.
- Ensure all supplier documentation is accurate (invoices, packing lists, certificates).
- Track order status and provide regular updates to internal teams.
2. Shipping & Logistics Management
- Arrange local and international shipments (air, sea, land).
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agents.
- Manage Saudi customs clearance, including SABER, FASAH, and HS code requirements.
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
3. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination
- Support inventory tracking and stock level updates.
- Coordinate receiving, inspection, and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of tools, equipment, and spare parts movements.
4. Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain all logistics documentation, including:
- Purchase orders
- Delivery notes
- Shipping documents
- Customs forms
- Certificates of origin / conformity
- Ensure compliance with Saudi import regulations and BRITEC policies.
- Maintain organized digital and physical documentation.
5. Internal Coordination
- Work closely with sales, service, procurement, and finance teams.
- Support service engineers with material availability and dispatch planning.
- Ensure alignment between procurement, logistics, and project timelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years experience in logistics or supply chain coordination (preferably in industrial, electrical, or technical sectors).
- Strong understanding of Saudi customs, SABER, FASAH, and import procedures.
- Experience with freight forwarders and logistics service providers.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

- Experience in electrical equipment or industrial materials.
- Familiarity with Saudi industrial zones and local suppliers.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
