BLCO Is expanding rapidly in the fields of MV/LV equipment, field services, testing & diagnostics, and technical project support.
As we strengthen our commercial presence in KSA , we are seeking a Sales Development Manager who can drive growth, build strong client relationships, and position our solutions across utilities, contractors, industrial clients, and EPCs.
This is a strategic role for a candidate who understands both technical solutions and commercial development in the electrical power sector in saudi arabia.
Role Overview
The Sales Development Manager will lead Britec commercial development efforts, focusing on new business generation, technical sales, and expanding our service and equipment portfolio in the Saudi market.
This role requires a blend of industry knowledge, relationship building, and strategic sales execution.
1. Market Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in utilities, contractors, industrial clients, EPCs, and oil and gas industry.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for equipment, services, testing, and spare parts.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support commercial strategy.
2. Technical Sales & Solution Positioning
- Present BRITEC MV/LV solutions, testing services, and field capabilities to clients.
- Support tender submissions, technical clarifications, and solution proposals.
- Work closely with engineering and service teams to ensure accurate technical offerings.
3. Service Sales Growth
- Promote testing, diagnostics, maintenance, and field service packages.
- Convert site findings into commercial opportunities in coordination with field engineers.
- Drive annual service contracts and preventive maintenance agreements.
4. Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
- Maintain structured follow-up and client engagement processes.
- Represent BRITEC in meetings, site visits, and industry events.
- Customer demonstration and presentations.
5. Internal Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide market insights and sales forecasts to management.
- Support continuous improvement of commercial processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).
- 3–7 years experience in MV/LV equipment, industrial electrical sales, or service sales.
- Strong understanding of Substation switchgear, protection, testing, commissioning, and field services ( T&D )
- Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- English & Arabic Speaking is a plus but fluent English is minimum requirement.
