Lutron–Orluna is seeking a detail-driven Logistics Coordinator.

The role manages inbound and outbound shipments across the global supply chain.

The coordinator will resolve transit and customs issues, improve workflows, and partner with supply chain, shipping, and trade compliance teams.

Resolve transit issues and communicate shipment status, risks, and resolutions.
Act as an escalation point and align transportation solutions with customer and business needs.
Maintain customer service standards and monitor carrier KPIs and service levels through QBRs.
Manage freight approvals and carrier billing with audit and payables.
Improve logistics and trade compliance service performance.
Maintain UK customs entry records and collaborate with trade compliance and logistics teams.
Coordinate business-unit deliveries and optimize workloads with supply chain and shipping teams.
Support system enhancements, integrations, and process standardization.
Provide guidance on commercial invoices, Shipper's Letters of Instruction, and Letters of Credit.

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field, with a minimum 2:2 classification.
