Overview
Lutron–Orluna is seeking a Design Engineer to join its engineering team at the Dunstable office.
The role supports the design, development, and enhancement of current and future LED lighting products.
The position expands engineering capacity while supporting project delivery, quality, technical growth, and knowledge sharing.
Technical and Engineering Support
- Contribute to the detailed design, development, and validation of LED lighting products.
- Create and update 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Assist with troubleshooting technical issues across existing and new product ranges.
- Support testing, prototyping, and performance validation activities.
- Ensure designs meet applicable standards, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Project Delivery
- Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Customer Services, and Sales on product development and launch.
- Help drive projects toward timely completion while maintaining required quality standards.
- Ensure engineering deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule.
