Key Responsibilities
- **Site Logistics Planning:** Plan site setup, including hoarding, gates, and storage areas.
- **Traffic & Material Flow:** Manage traffic management plans, crane scheduling, and hoist operations.
- **Delivery Coordination:** Coordinate incoming material deliveries to prevent congestion and ensure just-in-time delivery.
- **Workforce Management:** Oversee site access for staff, including welfare facilities and transport.
- **Safety & Compliance:** Ensure all movements comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- **Waste Management:** Manage site waste removal strategies.
Key Requirements
- **Experience:** Usually requires 5+ years of experience in construction logistics.
- **Education:** A degree in engineering or a related field is often required.
- **Technical Skills:** Ability to read site drawings, use logistics software, and manage scheduling (e.g., cranes, deliveries).
- **Communication:** Strong ability to liaise between contractors, suppliers, and site managers
- Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
