- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, servers, and network systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures and access controls
- Perform system upgrades, patches, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
- Support cloud services and virtualization platforms
- Provide technical assistance and training to end users
- Document IT processes, configurations, and system changes
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Certifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or network engineering
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
