Job Purpose
The Logistics Coordinator will facilitate communication between the warehouse, sales and distribution functions.
The logistics coordinator will take a systematic approach to planning and execution of deliveries to ensure customer service targets are adhered to**.**
Job Responsibilities
Arrange all the deliveries among the current route to meet the current customer delivery windows.
This includes the planning and execution of deliveries.
Facilitate day shift deliveries and related paperwork.
Organize the invoices & delivery notes for each vehicle and hand over to delivery team to load and dispatch.
Organize vehicles and drivers through proper planning to do the pick-up for fresh shipments from airport
Responsible for vehicle mulkiya renewal, municipality permission, fuel cards and preventive maintenance and any other fleet for delivery administration that may be required from time to time.
Follow up and monitor the delivery progress and support drivers in the market with queries that may arrive.
Provide feedback on corrective actions to improve customer service or efficiencies.
Coordination between sales and delivery teams for any challenge during delivery time
Follow company’s food safety, environmental and occupational health and safety policy and practices.
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standard procedure and complying withlegal regulations.
Qualifications & Work Experience
Must be Bilingual, Fluency in English & Urdu (Arabic Is Plus )
Must be able to use online computer (Microsoft, outlook, ERP system(SAP).
Highly motivated, career minded and able to work under intense work environment.
Previous experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
Prior UAE experience in locations & traffic Department regulations is must.
Must be able to work different shifts.
Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
