KierBAM are a Joint Venture (JV) partnership between Kier and Bam Nuttall. We are currently delivering a redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site located in Plymouth and we are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be working in a live MOD facility, supporting the successful coordination and management of vehicle movements and logistics operations across the site.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be working within the Royal Dockyard team, supporting them in delivering efficient logistics management across the project. Your day to day will include:

Managing vehicle booking and approval through the Vehicle Management System (VMS), ensuring compliance with access restrictions and timely delivery

Producing and presenting reports and data related to the VMS, its effectiveness and compliance

Coordinating and communicating with delivery drivers, site teams and gate management to ensure smooth delivery operations

Liaising with supply chain partners and client teams on logistics and traffic matters

Identifying opportunities for efficiencies on vehicle movements and managing movements within the site to final delivery
