According to the WI to prepack the orders; Follow up the orders to Staging and Picking according to WI of Staging &Picking; According to the WI of Boxing and Shipping Using Precision to process the Boxing and labeling . Before loading, check that all bonded and non-bonded goods and the quantity of packages shipped on the day are consistent with the system.

Collect and sort out the recycle packing materials.

Verify that the pickup driver ’ s name and the vehicle information are consistent with the registration of the factory reservation information and recorded it on file.

Loading personnel must inspect the carriage according to the 7-Point Checklist for Container/Trailer and take photos for recording.

Arrange the loading after confirming the information of the driver and the vehicle and shipping goods by following the shipping pallet requirements of packaging manual.

Make sure to use ISO17712 safety seal per C-TPAT requirement.

After loading the goods, the shipping and packaging personnel register the seal number with the delivery driver and the on-site loading security guard to confirm the goods, lock the car and take photos of the entire loading process, release, and file (7-Point container /Trailer inspection review).

Follow up the processing and shipment of wooden reels every quarter.
