Manufacturing Production Operator/电镀操作员

• Know, understand, and follow all safety procedures.
• Follow the approved processes and notify the supervisor if unable to do so.
• Know and understand how to get the X-pin according to the order in the raw materials stocked area.
• P erform the solder splice and follow up the splice through each process.
• Knowledge of how to identify the defect of raw material during pay off
• Know and understand how to operate pay-off machine .
• Perform the line maintenance according to the requirements.
• Maintain and reduce scrap levels.
• Assistance the tak e up & set-up operator s / Supervisors works.
• Handle hazardous material using the proper PPE equipment.
• Line ROCK implement or other tasks that assigned by supervisor.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment; preferably in a plating or chemical environment. 有制造业工作经验 ， 最好是 适应 在电镀或化学环境中 。
• Must be able to pay close attention to detail & have great organizational skills. 细心及 有很强的组织能力 。

• Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.
• Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes, and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs.
• Hazards and Atmospheric Conditions: Must be willing to adhere to department safety rules and regulations. May be exposed to noise (required to wear protective gear). May be exposed to Hazardous Materials & Chemicals (required to wear safety glasses and other protective gear).
