The Role
Support logistics administration, product operations, supplier coordination, inventory activities, and operational tracking.
Help maintain accurate product and supplier information, monitor logistics activities, coordinate operational requirements, and support supply chain workflows.
The opportunity is part-time and fully remote, with exposure to procurement, inventory coordination, supplier management, and supply chain processes.
Work Arrangement
- The role is based in the United Arab Emirates and is fully remote.
- The employment arrangement is part-time with flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with logistics, product operations, supplier operations, and supply chain administration.
- Maintain product, SKU, supplier, inventory, shipment, order, and operational records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, logistics providers, warehouses, procurement teams, and internal operations teams.
- Monitor shipments, deliveries, inventory availability, supplier orders, and outstanding activities.
- Verify product specifications, quantities, pricing, supplier details, shipment information, and related data.
