Key Responsibilities
System Maintenance: Input and update carrier contracts, accessorial fees, and shipping lanes inside the 3GTMS system.
Data Integrity: Act as the primary gatekeeper for the 3GTMS platform, auditing system records to ensure freight rates match signed agreements.
Data Analytics: Extract and analyze system data to uncover cost-saving opportunities, route efficiencies, and network constraints.
System Integration: Support and maintain the integration between 3GTMS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Invoice Auditing: Match freight bills against system-quoted rates and approve invoices for payment.
Dispute Resolution: Identify and resolve billing discrepancies with carriers and provide administrative support for freight claims.
Freight Analysis: Review shipping patterns, mode optimization, and cost-to-serve metrics to lower total spend.

Savings Tracking: Track and report supply chain cost savings using both 3GTMS data and manual tracking methods.
Budget Support: Participate in and provide data support for the annual logistics budgeting process.
Vendor Relationships: Manage day-to-day operational relationships with third-party warehouses.

Sales Returns: Coordinate the execution of sales returns across multiple internal departments.
Policy Management: Maintain and enforce company policies regarding tank cleaning.
