Role Overview
Logistics Administrator position supporting the day-to-day running of logistics and stores operations.
The role involves coordination with internal teams, customers, suppliers and couriers.

Compensation

The Role
- Prepare commercial invoices and packing lists for EU exports.
- Prepare despatch documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Raise subcontract purchase orders and maintain accurate system data.
- Book and coordinate transport with couriers and monitor delivery progress.
- Communicate shipping updates and delivery status to relevant stakeholders.
- Organise courier collections and track deliveries.
- Use customer-specific delivery portals for advance shipping notifications.
- Support goods booking-in and receipt.
- Provide proof of delivery documents to Finance and assist with audit queries.
- Prepare works orders and stores documentation for factory-floor kitting and issuing.
