Role Overview
An established company in Ossett, Wakefield is seeking an experienced Export Coordinator.
The role coordinates export orders and international shipments from receipt through delivery.
Compensation
- Salary is £30,000.
Location and Schedule
- The role is based in Ossett, Wakefield.
- The position is full-time, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate export orders from receipt through to delivery.
- Prepare and process export documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport providers.
- Arrange international shipments and monitor deliveries.
- Ensure export documentation and procedures comply with relevant regulations.
- Manage shipping schedules and resolve issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Provide customer service and keep customers informed throughout the export process.
- Work with internal departments to process and dispatch orders on time.
