Logistics Duties
Plan and coordinate daily transportation of manpower, equipment, and materials to and from ASAB site.
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure materials reach the site on time without delay to construction works.
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to track material availability and dispatch.
Liaise with security and gate pass teams for vehicle/equipment entry permissions and CICPA coordination.
Maintain inventory of site equipment, tools, and consumables; ensure proper usage and control.
Manage logistics-related documentation (delivery notes, gate passes, offloading reports, etc.).
Arrange and monitor third-party logistics support if required (trailers, cranes, etc.).
Administrative Duties
Support day-to-day administrative activities at the site office and camp.
Maintain records of staff attendance, deployment, leave, and timesheets.
Assist in coordinating staff accommodations, catering, and welfare requirements.
Handle all document control activities including filing, correspondence, and record maintenance as per ADNOC protocols.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC site access and HSE documentation (training certificates, medical, CICPA IDs, etc.).
Assist with mobilization/demobilization formalities of site staff.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports related to logistics, staff movement, and site
administration.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics/admin role within ADNOC or other oil & gas construction projects in UAE.
Familiarity with ADNOC procedures, permit systems, and security protocols (especially for ASAB/CICPA zones).
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
