Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE laws and regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports
- Lead safety audits, inspections, and site assessments
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment
- Organize HSE training and awareness programs for employees
- Monitor environmental impact and ensure sustainability practices
- Maintain HSE documentation and records
- Liaise with government authorities and external auditors
- Prepare monthly HSE reports and performance analysis
- Promote a proactive safety culture across all departments
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Environmental Science / Safety Management
- NEBOSH IGC / IOSH certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 5–10 years of HSE experience (preferably in construction/oil & gas)
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to conduct training and safety meetings
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
