Logistic Executive

Independently able to handle the entire logistics process.

Lead the factory logistics team in the planning and implementation of initiatives to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of logistics processes.

To work with various vendors, including transportation providers and warehouse operators, to ensure seamless operations.

Adept at identifying and resolving logistical challenges, ensuring that goods are delivered on time and in the right condition.

Budget approvals at the company level, help and advise departments on budget and cost controls.

Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations, import/export laws, and trade agreements.

To handle all necessary documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and other required paperwork.

Aware of bank forms and formalities for forex transactions related to imports and exports .

Prepare data for management review meetings.

Leadership skills & Team management.

Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.

Prioritizing the work for the team.

Due Diligence.

Familiarity with the SAP environment and basic experience of tools like lean manufacturing, be well-versed with MS Office and Google Workspace.

Have sound knowledge of Warehouse and Inventory management, GST and VAT.

Awareness of productivity improvement tools.

Additionally, the candidate should possess analytical aptitude and thinking, strong data collection and analytical skills for a complex project.

Must be Self-motivated and self-organized.
