Lead and oversee all day-to-day administrative activities of the manufacturing plant.

Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of office and plant infrastructure, utilities, common facilities, and administrative services.

Develop and implement effective administrative processes, SOPs, and controls.

Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues affecting employees and plant operations.

Plan, manage, and monitor employee transport operations.

Coordinate with transport vendors and ensure timely and safe transportation services.

Oversee complete canteen operations and coordinate with food service providers.

Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and timely service.

Monitor vendor performance and compliance with agreed service standards.

Establish and monitor visitor management, material movement, gate control, and access procedures.

Ensure effective housekeeping standards across office and manufacturing areas.

Conduct periodic reviews of housekeeping and security service providers.

Handle vendor negotiations, service agreements, renewals, and performance reviews.

Ensure timely processing and verification of vendor bills and supporting documents.

Maintain proper records of contracts, quotations, purchase orders, and service agreements.
