Logistic Coordinator

Location: Remote ( India ) Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Overview We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate day-to-day logistics activities, ensuring the smooth and timely dispatch and delivery of goods. The role involves coordinating with transporters, warehouses, production teams, and internal stakeholders while maintaining accurate shipment records and documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple logistics activities and follow-ups efficiently. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, production teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery of goods. - Track shipments and ensure timely pickups and deliveries. - Follow up with transport partners regarding delayed, pending, or incomplete shipments. - Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure goods are ready for dispatch. - Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans. - Update shipment statuses and maintain accurate logistics records using Microsoft Excel. - Monitor inventory movement and report discrepancies to the concerned team. - Communicate with producers, transporters, and other stakeholders regarding shipment updates. - Ensure logistics activities comply with company policies and documentation requirements. - Escalate shipment delays, damages, discrepancies, or operational issues to the reporting manager. - Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports. - Support import/export documentation whenever required. - Maintain organized records of shipments, deliveries, and logistics documentation. Requirements - Immediate availability to join is highly preferred. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. - Good understanding of Excel-based tracking, reporting, and data management. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Ability to write professional emails. - Good follow-up and organizational skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. - Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of tasks. - Willingness to learn and adapt to logistics processes. - Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain will be an advantage, but candidates with relevant coordination experience may also be considered. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred due to the urgency of this requirement.
