Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments
- Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of materials and products
- Communicate with suppliers, couriers, freight forwarders, and internal departments regarding shipment status
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery notes, invoices, and logistics records
- Assist in inventory monitoring and stock reconciliation
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth material flow
- Update logistics, inventory, and shipment information in company systems
- Monitor shipment schedules and report delays or issues to management
- Assist in arranging local and international deliveries
- Support customs and clearance documentation when required
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports
- Ensure proper filing and record management of logistics documents
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or inventory operations
- Good knowledge of shipping, inventory control, and warehouse operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in fashion, retail, manufacturing, or e commerce industries preferred

Job Summary

- The ideal candidate will coordinate shipments, track deliveries, maintain logistics records, support warehouse activities, and ensure smooth movement of materials and finished products.
- Experience in fashion, retail, manufacturing, or e commerce industry is preferred.

Requirements

Working Conditions
- Full time position based in Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Dubai.
- Must be willing to work overtime when required.
- Ability to work in a fast paced fashion and production environment.
