What’s the role?

You'll be at the heart of helping small business customers across the Gold Coast achieve their ambitions through tailored Home Lending and Business Lending solutions.

Working closely with referral partners and banking channels, you'll build meaningful relationships, grow a strong customer portfolio, and create exceptional experiences that keep customers coming back.

Based in Robina, QLD, Australia, on Yugambeh Country, you'll work from one of our local branches while building strong connections across the community through both internal and external referral networks.

You'll enjoy the freedom to shape your day, build lasting customer relationships, and become a trusted banking partner to local business owners.

New starters will benefit from Westpac's Role Ready program, an accelerated onboarding experience designed to build confidence and capability from day one.

This is a full time position based in Robina, QLD.

What do I need?

• Experience in Small Business Banking and Home Lending
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities within local markets
• Strong relationship building and networking skills
• A customer focused approach with a track record of delivering great outcomes
• Strong business acumen and the ability to manage competing priorities independently
